What the Directory is
The Directory is an independent listing service. We compile publicly available information about elective procedure providers in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. We are not a medical practice. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. We do not verify provider credentials, board certifications, malpractice history, or pricing claims; confirm those directly with each provider.
No medical advice
Content on the Directory (including cost ranges, procedure descriptions, "what to ask" lists, and editorial guides) is for general information only. It is not a substitute for consultation with a licensed physician. Decisions about elective procedures are between you and your chosen provider.
No endorsement
A provider's presence in the Directory is not an endorsement. We do not rank providers by clinical outcomes. Listings are sorted by Google review volume, rating, and (where applicable) match confidence. Featured listings are paid placements and are labeled.
Lead routing
When you submit the contact form, we share your details with up to 5 providers that match your criteria. We do not control whether or how those providers contact you, the quality of their service, the accuracy of any quotes, or the outcome of any care. Any agreement, payment, or treatment relationship is solely between you and the provider.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape the site at volume, submit false or automated form entries, harass providers we route you to, or misuse any contact information you receive.
No warranty
The Directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Provider information is compiled from third-party sources and may be incomplete or out of date.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Texas law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Directory or from any interaction with a provider you found through it. Our total liability for any claim is capped at $100.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Directory after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
